By making your purchase on this site you can be sure that you buy only original RUBOLD dog products. Also you can find tutorials, help guides and step by step instructions on how to get the most out of these grooming and pet care products.

Our store accepts all regular credit card payments: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express.

 

Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website?
Absolutely! We don’t store any of your credit card information that’s handled by our payment processor. We will never share your personal information with anyone else.

How do I track my package?
After you place your order you'll receive our confirmation email with the details of your order. When your order has shipped we send you another email with your tracking number.

 

My order never arrived
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an email, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

 

My order arrived incomplete or damaged
We always try to arrange shipping as neat as possible, but you know things happen... Send us an email and tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

 

I would like to return my order
If you want to return something unopened that you bought within the last six months, we can help you out. Just contact us with the details. If you bought your thing from Amazon or anywhere other than this store, please take it up with them.
